Empire Chase is an amazing letting and property management agency! Best I’ve worked with in my last 8 years in London, hands down! They operate with integrity, and they’re very fast and helpful! They take very good care of their flats and their tenants! We stayed in our flat for 3 years and we have let with them again. We had zero issues, and if there was ever a maintenance problem, it was resolved within the day / the next day at most (even if it was minor). Naz is an excellent and responsible agent. Anojan is super helpful. Raghu is very responsive. The entire team is top tier and we have nothing but wonderful things to say about this agency! Highly recommend!

I have rented with empire Chase for close to 5 years across 2 properties. They are a phenomenal agency, professional, quick, just ready to help and solve every problem. If I have ever had something break or need updating they will get someone round quicker than you can finish your sentence. When I wanted a new place they worked with me and got me out of a bind with a really quick turnaround, helping sort me out and making sure I got the right property. The only reason I am leaving now is because I absolutely had to. If anyone is ever looking for a place in London these are the people you want. The put everyone else to shame! Truly the best of their profession, what a real estate agent should be! Naz in particular! With so many scams and lazy agents out there, I and my former flatmate were so lucky to find them!
