Our Story
Empire Chase began 2012, with a simple vision to transform the real estate services experience by focusing on trust, transparency, and personalised service. Founded by Naz Nizar, with a passion for connecting people with their perfect homes, our journey started with a deep commitment to offering more than just transactions, we wanted to build lasting relationships.
We understood that every client's story is unique, and built a team that listens, learns, and works tirelessly to meet the needs of each individual.
From helping families find their forever homes to assisting investors in expanding their portfolios, our success has always been measured by the satisfaction of our clients. Our firm currently manages approximately 575 rental properties for a range of PRS Build-to-Rent companies and buy-to-let investors.
